Scrum Masters play a crucial role in creating real high-performing teams. In order to boost their knowledge, skill and self-sustainability in agile coaching, we lead them through an in-context coaching programme which both satisfies the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) learning objectives as set forth by the Scrum Alliance, and provides them with critical coaching and guidance in navigating their real world scenarios.

This certification via coaching programme offers far more value than its standard two-day training counterpart. Because we have structured the programme with more than double the amount of touch time than the training class, as well as spanning a duration of close to two months, it means participants can dive deeper and more practically into topics relevant to their current circumstances.

How does it work?

Our Certified Team Coaches (CTC) work with your people, in groups of 3 - 8 people.

The programme is structured as follows:

• Consisting of 7 half-day remote OR in-person coaching sessions (1 per week)

• 28 contact hours per participant

• The content is in line with the Scrum Alliance - Certified Scrum Master learning objectives

• Additional content and coaching is delivered in line with in-context challenges which emerge from the participants

*Multiple groups can be coached in parallel (contact us for multi-group discounts)

*The intensity of this programme is already structured to cover more than just the minimum requirements for participants to receive their certification. We can additionally tailor a larger programme to tackle specific challenges.

On completion of the programme, we will register your people with the Scrum Alliance and they will receive their CSM certification once they have written and passed their exam.
